We roast ours as a French roast — the darkest roast used at Martin Henry — to really bring out sweet notes of chocolate, tart berries, cabernet or Bordeaux. The French Sumatra coffee’s combined low low acidity and heavy body make it a superior choice with tiramisu or chocolate desserts, or by itself before serving sherry or port.
