We could tell you that we traveled the jungles and mountains of Guatemala to source and select the perfect beans. Unfortunately, that’s only in our dreams:) The reality is that we have worked with our partners to define the quintessential flavor profile that would offer consistency year in and year out. “Tikal” answers that challenge by giving our exporters the flexibility to utilize coffee from various growing regions (Huehuetenango, Antigua, Atitlan, etc.) as cup quality and character change over time. This results in notes of dark chocolate, bright red apple and a honey sweet finish.
Great as a blender, with its consistency, sweetness and balance. Urban legend suggests that it is a cult favorite of Millennials still living in their parent’s basement!
