Description

Way back in the 1500’s in far away Ethiopia, there were goat herders tending their flock when they noticed that the goats acted strangely after eating a certain plant. Curiosity got the best of them and they had time on their hands, so they thought to themselves, “if it’s good for the goats, it should be good for us”. At least that’s what we think they thought. And voila—better mornings were born!

We use Yirgacheffe here at Martin Henry Coffee Roasters. Delicate, floral and inviting acidity lead the way for this unique, highly sought after cup. We put a medium roast on this one to showcase the fragile subtleties inherent in the bean.
