With both coffee and non coffee items we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please call us at 866-848-6427 or email sales@martinhenrycoffee.com
We will need the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- The item or items you are unsatisfied with
- And a detailed explanation for the reason you are unsatisfied.

Returns
Returns and exchanges are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please remember that coffee is a food product and cannot be returned.
All return/exchanges must be authorized before physically returning and all authorized returns must be returned to:
